How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–2 business days. Delivery transit is a separate 3–5 business days within the United States.

What can I return or exchange?

Defective and non-defective items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

How do returns work?

Approved returns are sent by mail using the free return shipping label supplied in the instructions. There is no restocking fee.

When will I receive a refund?

After approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days. Bank processing time can vary.
